Should men that seduce a woman under false premises be criminally liable.?

Many married men have seduced women under the disguise of being single. It should be made a crime to do so.Should men that seduce a woman under false premises be criminally liable.?
Not unless women are charged for ignorance for sleeping with a male BEFORE she marries him.Should men that seduce a woman under false premises be criminally liable.?
What about a woman that is married and knows full well of it? What about a male who also knows the same of said woman? What does it matter if you ===actually know === they are married? I mean, she had a huge rock on and he noticed it, still they both pursued the situation. She mounted him with the ring on and they actually talked about the fact that she had a husband...... I mean, it happens too, why does it just have to be about false pretences? Men are unfaithful, women are the same. What is the difference? And Yes, I'm sure you can tell, this did happen to me.........
the woman that is with this married man... should get to know the man before she just sleeps with him ... 6 months atleast ... hello ... the signs of a man with a wife are pretty imanent !~
It is a crime for a man to have sex with a woman through physical force.

In some states it is a crime for a man to persuade a woman to marry him under false pretenses (for example, expectations of wealth or status), and in all states it is an actionable matter in the civil courts.

Beyond that, it is a matter of the woman's willingness to have sex with a man she knows little or nothing about, and a matter of the woman's social and moral standards. It would not be possible to criminalize all forms of the ';one-night stand.';

These ';morals offenses'; were dropped from the law codes because they were unenforceable and the courts and law enforcement had more important things to deal with.

And that is still the case. It's up to the woman to be discerning, and not to the courts to carry a heavier case load.
The only time it would be a crime is if the man forces himself on the woman. Then it becomes rape of course. However, men %26amp; women alike have been cheating on each other since the beginning of time. It isn't just men who seduce women under false pretenses, women do the same to men. I have never done it and never will. I would like to think that majority of men and women in this world are faithful. No man or women should just jump in bed with each other without knowing them first. YUK! I'm sorry, but infedelity will never become a crime in the eyes of man made law, only God's law.
It is a crime, called adultery.

But try and find a prosecutor that will pursue it.

For you thumbs down people... WI State Statute 944.16 makes adultery illegal. I'm not aware of any state that pursues this, but it is very likely still on the books. It will stay on the books because any politician who introduces legislation to remove it would be risking his career, as this would be too controversial.
we used to have laws for that.

that's how Frank Sinatra got arrested as a young man.
Pahleeze!
It was said best in Forrest Gump ';Stupid is as stupid does';--If you are a woman stupid enough to sleep with a married man before you take time out to figure out who he is--then you deserve what you got. If you said yes, you said yes. It's not a crime to have sex with a willing female.
Why? It is neither a crime for a single woman tohave sex with a married man nor vice versa.

Anyway I am pretty sure no one can tell if I am married just by looking at me and I also don't have teh skills to discern if someone else is married :)

What would be the fair standard for telling if someone is married?

Would I need a cop or judge's permission undre your proposed law?
