A lot of people do this and they can't afford to ban everyone and anyways, they won't know unless they go to your house or something so probably no.
Probaly only if you tell them or say something about your real age or that you lied on live or something like that.
Hahaha no. im 15 and i think im 21, maybe 18 on my account. They will never find out (there not looking for false birthdays on live accounts) and even if they do they wont do anything.
