What are the chances getting false negatives on pregnancy test?

what are the chances of a woman to keep getting false negatives on pregnancy tests???What are the chances getting false negatives on pregnancy test?
I think pretty common. I took a test and it came up negative, after being 5 weeks late I called my doctor, he sent me for a blood test and it came up negative, he said no sex and another blood test in 2 weeks and it was positive. your egg just might not have attached yet that is why you are getting a negative result. That is what they told me anyway. Good LuckWhat are the chances getting false negatives on pregnancy test?
Taking a test too early can cause a false negative and also if you drink too much water right before you pee for the test, it could be diluted and give a false negative. But if you've missed a period, and you're still getting false negatives, I would suggest a blood pregnancy test, because if you're missing your period and you're not pregnant, there could be something seriously wrong going on with your body. So in that case see a gyno.
definately. the pregnancy hormone is more detectable the longer you put the test off after missing your period. i took a pregnancy test 3 days after missing my period and it came up negative. took it 3 days later and there was a second fine blue line. the third test was three more days later and then it was more vibrant.

if you go to a doctors for confirmation and they test your urine with a pregnancy test like the home kit ones, be careful, it may come up negative, because they have not given it enough time and looked at it properly!! this happened to me twice, different doctors! dismissed the idea of me being pregnant after one minute! Blood test confirmed it however.

pregnant for 2 months now!!

also, try the home test the first pee you have in the morning. the pregnancy hormone is stronger and more concentrated at this time. good luck!
When taken properly, most tests are about 99% effective. It`s highly unlikely you`d be pregnant, and consistently getting negative test results, assuming you`re following the directions, and your urine isn't too dilute.

If you're still concerned, go to a doctor, and get a blood test.
Early false negatives are more common than waiting til after your missed period and it being negative and false. Most women get false negatives because they test too early. HPT usually recommend 3-5 days before your missed period.
If you take the test too soon you can get a negative result and for some women the pee test just never work they have to get blood drawn for a actual reading.
Chances are high if you take it too early! But it goes down after your missed period! Although I know some people that a pregnancy test didn't show up positive till they were 6 weeks
most pregnancy test are 98%-99% accuate. though it is possible
umit can happen if she test to early
