Need help with these physics true or false questions?

1. A zero value for the Planck's constant would meant hat the laws of classical physics would apply to quantum physics.

2. In quantum tunneling, electrons and other quantum particles can tunnel through a region of space that would be forbidden to them if they were classical particles.

3. The distribution of energy in the blackbody radiation depends upon the material from which the blackbody is constructed.

Thanks for your help.Need help with these physics true or false questions?
1. since E = h*nu, it would appear that photons would have 0 energy, there are other effects as well, like the rest mass of the electron would be infinite. So I'm going to say false.

2. true (sort of)

3. false
