I know the call didn't change the outcome but what if it had? Would we still praise the league for looking at player safety or are they going to far because the players make too much? What can the NFL do about these ';false flags'; like the one on Wes Welker vs Pittsburgh? Review? ?
Although in the end it was determined a clean hit no matter how I look at it it seems like he is a steelers nobody that wanted to take a cheap shot at the best slot WR in the league when he was in fact defenseless. Not saying it was illegal but was unnecesary
